China Hut - Medford

After a decent meal at a birthday party there I went outside while my wife stayed inside waiting for her parents to come out. The male owner or manager began seriously berating one of the wait staff in front of my wife finally saying to my wife if you were not standing right here she would really be irate I myself am a manager and would never treat one of my people like that and never, ever publicly. This episode bothered her for two days. This complaint is because of how much it bothered her.

When I first walked into this place, things seemed a little Rocky. It seemed like the bartender was trying to aviod coming over, maybe she thought my order was gonna be hard or difficult. When she came over, I gave her my order, it was very easy. When I finished my drink, I was not sure if she would notice, so under my breath I made a comment to myself. I could tell she heard because she had a comment about it under her breath herself. The customer that heard her comment was a dead giveaway by their comment. But she knew I needed another drink right away. After talking to her, I found out she was very pleasant to talk to. Found out she's into books on many subjects, one being biochemistry, interesting. In the end, she earned her tip. I was very pleased with the service and the food is always delicious, at this restaurant.

Sadly the pork fried rice made me and my wife sick, we really use to love their food but it's gone down in quality sadly. We also find it rude when the lady says we order a ton of food and acts a bit too Nosy for my Liking.

Ate here for the first time yesterday for dinner, food was flavorless my hot n sour soup instead of being the dark color that it usually is, it was white. Service was good they were very nice but never again

I've been going since I was a kid and always love eating here!
