Daddy Ramen - Medford

The owner is really awesome and incredibly friendly! In our group of four, we tried nearly everything on the menu, and it was all amazing! The mac and cheese ramen is truly a must-try!

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, and the photos of the food looked enticing. However, after traveling 25 minutes and spending $26, I found the meal didn't live up to expectations. The chicken noodle soup was overpriced and lacked seasoning.

Absolutely wonderful! The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. They offer gluten-free noodle options, and their broth for the vegan ramen is also gluten-free! They've relocated to 110 Talent Ave in Talent.

Last Saturday, my partner and I decided to visit Daddy Ramen, arriving just as they were closing. Even though they had finished cleaning up for the day, they greeted us with smiles and said, "If you're hungry, we'll feed you." Such kindness made us want to come back another day, and we did that today. We both ordered the House Ramen again—I loved it the first time and was just as thrilled this time around. Healthy food matters to me, and the ramen did not disappoint. The homemade noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth was rich and flavorful, and the pork was incredibly tender. Accompanied by carrots, corn, and a perfectly cooked egg, the presentation was truly an art form. I felt spoiled by the care they put into every detail. The parking lot was filled with eager customers, patiently waiting for their delicious meals. I noticed one person sitting on the tailgate of their truck, a young father and daughter laughing together, a couple with their son enjoying a picnic table, and others, including two women picking up their takeout and another couple relaxing in their car, all sharing smiles as they awaited their homemade food. When it was our turn to place our order, the owner recognized us right away, saying, "You came back!"—very nice of him to remember our previous visit when we had just missed them. My partner, who is Chinese American, hadn’t used chopsticks in a while, but he pulled them out to enjoy the ramen. He’s quite discerning about food and particularly attuned to subtle flavors. I asked him what he thought, and he simply said, "It’s good. I like it!" I pressed for any criticism, expecting at least one point for improvement, but his answer was, "No. It's good. I like it. It's tasty." Thank you, Daddy Ramen, for providing healthy food to our community and for making it with love. We truly felt that! (And just to clarify, I don’t know the owners personally; I’m simply a happy and grateful returning customer.)

The soup is absolutely delicious! The fresh vegetables and noodles are fantastic. The gluten-free option is excellent.
