Dutch Bros Coffee - Medford

The young gal was very sweet. She did try to upsell to a medium but I caught her and declined. If I hadn't already had my one coffee of the day, that's what I would have ordered. I asked for extra hot since I was driving back to Ashland from Medford and that's what I got — a hot, delicious mocha. They are usually always conversational which is when I tip best. Well done! If you are not going here during the morning good luck getting a coffee in a timely manner. A few employees that work here think it's OK to have friends come through the drive through and hold up lines and still get orders wrong. They treat the place poorly, the outside is never maintained, the males that work here are the rudest entitled teenagers and the friends they keep are more rude and dumb. I have been waiting in line for more then 15 mins, and i am the car behind the window. There was no line prior to come here. there is absolutely no reason for the workers to be talking to the car for more than 5 minutes. People got places to be, this is supposed to be a fast service but everytime I come here they take FOREVER!
