Feedback gevenI was in line before closing, so I didn't expect to be told they were closed when I finally reached the window. The coffee maker took a long time with the customer in front of me, and by the time I got there, they decided to stop helping me. This was really disappointing.
The manager, Kaylee, assisted me with my order and was incredibly helpful. She was very knowledgeable and prepared exactly what I was craving.
The coffee here is excellent, and the staff is generally friendly. However, during my last visit, I encountered an issue with a gift card that wouldn't work. The staff member I spoke to was quite rude, refusing to check the balance and insisting that I pay $7 instead.
I don't go to these type places often. Maybe once a year. This day I was very tired and had to work so I needed some serious coffee and caffeine. I ordered a large milky way. While the staff was very friendly, the wait in line was forever! I waited in line of cars for about 2-30 minutes. The biggest complaint is the prices. For a large coffee with a fair tip was $10! I mean come on...that's ridiculous.
Another great Dutch run. Got my tea and great service. I really appreciate how the employees can sense if you need a quick conversation or if you just need liquid love so you can jump start your day.
