Mcdonald's - Medford

I visited the drive-thru as I often do since it was too late for me to prepare dinner at home. The service was great, and my food was prepared exactly as I requested. I appreciate the staff for being so attentive to my needs. Thank you!

The food here is excellent, but the restaurant seems a bit stingy with the sauces, which results in not enough being provided. The service is friendly about 80% of the time compared to what I've experienced on Barnett Road. While orders are delivered quickly, the staff could be more welcoming, and again, the sauces are quite limited. They really need to reconsider how many sauces customers are allowed to request.

Always a great experience! However, last night I visited the location in Yreka, CA, around 9:55 PM, and the line was quite long. I didn't order much food, but the guy who seemed to be working all the windows managed everything efficiently. My order was fast, hot, and he didn't forget the sauce. Thank you for the excellent service!

Driving through the line had many cars in it when we arrived, but went amazingly fast! Food was hot and delicious! I love McDonald's sausage! Yum!

Ordered an ice cream should have gone to DQ it would have been pennies more for better quality. The cone tasted of powered milk and was grainy. They also do not offer free refills anymore. There is one diet option and it is cola so the one person with me that just wanted a drink did without. Sigh
