We were there for our six-year anniversary. Had to wait about 30 minutes, but it was worth waiting. Had a nice champagne. Shrimp scampi my husband had the grilled salmon and vegetables. They gave us Italian donuts and a sparkling wine for our anniversary. We also need to see one of our favorite waiters Lucus. Had a wonderful time.
Great lunch! Includes soup or salad and bread sticks! I have aubergine parmesan. Made to perfection. Supplements to the cook. Husband says his chicken parmesan is very good. Great service also from our server Chloe!
Horrible management! We went late on a Saturday night, AFTER dinner rush hour and waited for over an hour to be seated. There were many empty tables all around the restaurant and we offered to split our party into small tables or groups, but NO effort was made to seat us at all! Furthermore, they send a link to your phone so you can tell where you are on their waitlist and then they completely lied to us! They said we were next to be seated for 40 minutes while they continued to seat guests who walked in over an hour after us. We had small children in our group who literally fell asleep in the lobby because it took so long. It 's very frustrating to watch the staff do nothing to accommodate guests waiting for over an hour. There was staff getting off duty and walking out past us and the manager walked by us several times without a single word, even though he knew how long we had been waiting. A couple people in our group were so upset by the experience, they barely ate once there was finally food, myself included. This was our last trip to Olive Garden in Medford, OR without a doubt.
Had an amazing interview with Luke last week! He was amazing, he wrote a big : on my interview application. He told me to come in the next day to be trained by this server trainer. The next day I come in, and I get sat down in the same spot I got interviewed in, to have a lady come out named Becky, who literally interviewed me again without preparation, or acknowledgment that I was going to be interviewed again. She interviewed me and then I got the email that they couldn’t accept my application. I have a business degree, no disabilities, great customer service, and background history. I find it interesting that all these places claim to be short staffed, but don’t hire me based on one persons judgement! You lost a driven person that does good under pressure.
