Parkside Cafe - Medford

Limited parking, cafeteria feel. Pretty dated, and that includes the regulars. One specifically that was actively jawing about the group I was in. The older gentleman was visually upset over that fact my friends and I were laughing and enjoying our conversation. The food was lack luster, frozen strawberries over a piping hot waffle...the rest of the dishes looked mediocre at best. The service was good however and the staff was gracious, even when oldy mcolderson complained about our ruckus meryment.

Nice, pleasant and food was great. The patio was a great place to enjoy our breakfast.

Let’s just say I’ve been eating here for about three and a half weeks now and the food is awesome. I’m a firm believer in consistency and this place rings all the bells. Their steak and eggs breakfast is awesome and the Chicken Spinach salad is delicious and huge! You won’t leave here hungry for sure! I’m an outside sales rep for 35 years and have eaten coast to coast so I’ve had my share of experience with restaurants since I usually eat out at least once a day. I’m happy to give this place a great recommendation. Everyone is super friendly and the patio is a great spot to relax on a busy work week day.

The food just tasted mostly of oil. Very greasy, not pleasant, felt a bit sick afterwards. The fruit cup looked like the fruit was cut the previous week. Bread tasted like the cheapest loaf at the worst grocery store. 'butter ' just tasted like one of those vegetable oil spreads. All the prices had increased from what was advertised online but the quality is rock bottom. The staff were nice, pleasant even, slightly frantic, spilled coffee and put a plate down so fast the waffle nearly fell onto my daughter 's lap. I had to leave a review because I was so surprised by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I really wanted to like this place but could never go back again.

Pleasantly surprised by Parkside cafe! I’ve been in a few times since moving to the valley 5 years ago. The food and service keep getting better. They are very consistent in freshness and quality. The waitresses are always super nice and sassy. The food comes out quick. Very satisfied.
