Feedback gevenWe first ordered the bone-in wings for $24, which felt overpriced. Next, we ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce, but it came without any sauce, and the crust was flat. We received a credit for the wings. After using that credit, we ordered our pizza again, this time specifically asking for extra sauce, along with pasta and breadsticks. To our surprise, the food was left at our front door for an hour and a half without a knock. When we finally received new food, the pizza was still the same—no sauce again. We won't be coming back!
I tried calling the store several times and even knocked on the door, but no one responded. Finally, I decided to go through the pickup lane to get my order. After being ignored at the door and having my calls go unanswered, an employee finally appeared at the window and handed me my pizza at 10:29 PM—twenty minutes later than the pick-up time of 10:09, which could have been avoided if the lobby had been open or the phone had been answered.
I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour, I called back twice for an update and felt like I was getting the runaround. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred four times before the call ended abruptly, and the pizza never arrived. This experience was very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I have decided I will never order from Pizza Hut again, no matter the location, and I will be sure to let all my family and friends know to avoid it as well.
The prices have become quite steep, and I've noticed a significant decline in the cleanliness of the staff. I even saw an employee wipe sweat from their face and then handle my pizza to box it up. I ultimately chose to decline the pizza and leave.
The order was incorrect, but that wasn't even the worst part. I sat in a hotel room just three minutes away from the Pizza Hut location, waiting for 45 minutes and wondering where our order was. The delivery person NEVER KNOCKED ON THE DOOR; they simply LEFT IT ON THE FLOOR in the hotel hallway.
