Burnt cold food, RUDE waitstaff, and then overcharged on a had written ticket. When you politely ask for it to be fixed, you get told “I have worked here 32 years, I know what I am doing, if you don't like it the you can go somewhere else” I showed the menu price and still was told I was wrong. Happened more then once. I paid exactly what the bill should have been according to the menu pricing in cash this time and was told not to come back. Apparently they don't want customers at this restauran … – show

Friendly, efficient staff. Pancakes are awesome and coffee is strong and hot.

This was an amazing meal! You can tell they used fresh ingredients and the people were friendly and happy! Super yummy! Definitely a 'Must ' place to eat in Medford!

Recently found out about the Real Deal Cafe. Had the Real Deal burger w/salad and fries. Fantastic. Next time will try one of their breakfasts. Go! It's a small Cafe, but very good!
