We felt so bad because we didn't know the pretzels took a little bit to make and a line started to form. And there was a mishap with the toasting spatula thing (no fault of his at all) he was still positive and well mannered and organized. I didn't catch his name and the receipt didn't say on it. But wanted to give him 2 thumbs up! I hope he had a good day!
My food was really good, the girl making it did fine making it but she asked me if I was pregnant because I wanted pickles on my meatball sandwich. You never know if someone is struggling with infertility or in my case I had to have a Total Hysterectomy at a young age due to Endometriosis. Please don’t ask women if they are pregnant. I know she was trying to be funny but it made me feel sad. I just like pickles for the love of pickles and no other reason.
I don't know who was working tonight around 6pm, but I was so impressed I waited 30 minutes. He has a volleyball team right before me (maybe 20 subs) and he was the only one working. Most people would have left, but I waited, watched, and he was so fast, with a great attitude! I'd go back just because it's hard to find that type of service anymore.Thank you!
Altho the counter could of used some cleaning so as not to get old stuff in my sandwich some I have allergies to I asked for them to clean the whole counter before making she did half but I was only able to have tomato because there was all kinds of veggies mixed into one container. Not sure if I'll go back there as I had to use a hepie pin to help deactivate the swelling in my mouth from the mixed veggies that was in with and stuck to cheese I did not see
The man behind the counter is gold! Always smiling and cracking a joke while making your order spot on. He's the reason I go to that shop. I gotta ask him his name...
