McDonald's - Medicine Hat

Staff that can't pay attention, management that doesn't care to make it right. Been there a few times. Never again!

Mac Donald's is a good place for a burger and the best fries always clean and friendly service my server went the extra mile for me

Have been there 3 times and gave them the benefit of the doubt, at first. Stale bread, horrible tasting Big Macs, & very expensive for a McDonalds-$8.40 for an ordinary Big Mac and medium coke, no fries. It would cost family of 4 over $30 for fast food. Don't waste your $ and time- go across Street to A&W when you're passing through the Hat.

Why is the price of my quarter pounder combo without cheese always different? And why is the service sooooo slow? Poor customer service!

Stopped for muffin and coffee and both were good. The girl at the counter was friendly and the place seemed clean enough. Tight driveway to get in and out, but overall an average McDonald's experience.
