Late November... Weather still very moderate... No crowds... Trees are turning colors leaves are falling... Great time of year to tour the whole area... We were impressed by the generous portion sizes at this restaurant. The chicken fried chicken was so large it almost didn’t fit on the plate! The batter was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken itself was juicy and tender. The onion strings and French fries were delightfully crispy, not at all greasy, and also well-seasoned. The chicken bacon ranch salad featured fresh greens topped with a nicely seasoned grilled chicken breast and those delicious onion strings. We also appreciated the great, friendly service. We’ll definitely be returning! Meal type: Lunch.

Charming little cafe by the river with tasty food and excellent service! I tried the jalapeno popper burger, while my husband ordered the Buffalo Jane burger. Both burgers were delicious, and the fries were fresh and crispy.

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant, enjoying a delicious steak paired with French fries and fried green beans. Everything was very good! The service was excellent, making the dining experience even better. The atmosphere was also fantastic. I would highly recommend trying the fried green beans!
