I'm putting a ball because I can't put zero. I find it unacceptable to wait 2 hours for a pizza. They tried to swab the situation by bringing dishes of chips and apologising but remains shameful knowing that a large group of people would come, including children. In a place located below, without windows where it died of hot until we had lit the air conditioners. Discrete pizza, soft drinks, including beer, in paper glasses...nooo! You cannot accept! I won't be back.
