Johnny J's Pub Grille, Medina

I was a bit hesitant to visit this restaurant after reading some reviews, but a friend of mine recommended it since she goes there often. I'm glad I went because the food was delicious and it was served quickly. The service was also commendable. The music was a little louder than I'd like, but overall, it was a great experience. It's a nice place, and I would definitely return.

As for the food, my salad was spoiled and mostly consisted of cucumbers and tomatoes. I had expected iceberg lettuce, but it was terrible. I also ordered a steak that was cold and overcooked. I didn't say anything about it and simply boxed it up to take home, but it ended up in the garbage! On a positive note, the few onion rings I received were delicious. However, the manager never approached us to address our issues or offer a discount on our bill. Instead, the three waitstaff just stood nearby and shot us dirty looks. Overall, I can't believe this place has such high ratings. I will never go back.

Nice bar in Medina. You have a nice selection of beers on design and a decent selection of foods. Service is always good.

This is a picture of our chicken sandwich to go tonight. It was supposed to be minus tomato and pickle, add bacon. Not only was there no bacon, but this is the ?chicken? and ?lettuce?after a 15-20 minute wait. On a bill that was 100+ dollars on a night that was not busy. We have tried and tried again to go and enjoy this place but it has gotten more and more ridiculous every time. We never see a manager anywhere when we visit. Being a former restaurant manager for 10+ years, the staff clearly runs this place how they want and has no accountability. We will not be returning to throw away any more money here.

Honestly this place has gone way down hill since I started coming within the last two years. Most of the servers are terrible....not all. They don't care about customer service, they are all hanging around the bar usually not paying attention and drinking and dancing. We have yet to even know who a manager is We have given this place MANY chances bc it has been good at times. The food was better the service was the bad part. It's beginning to be both now. Get it together. This is the breaded chicken sandwich I got. Would you eat it!? NO
