Master Pizza - Medina

I contacted the manager on June 18th, 2022 to complain about my order. He replaced it, but to my surprise, another mistaken order arrived. I was shocked and called the restaurant multiple times but received no response. This is unacceptable. I paid $50 and was unable to enjoy my meal with my family. This reflects poorly on the restaurant. They should be experts at getting orders right, but they failed miserably this time.

This dining room is decent and remained quiet while we were there. Many people called in their orders for pick-up, but we dined in. The staff was super friendly. The veggie pizza we had was nothing special, just a good pizza. The Roman paprika has a different crust that is soft and fluffy. The sauce and crust were good and we really enjoyed it. The best part is that they offer a generous military discount of 20-25% off. Our 2 pizzas to feed 4 people cost us $30. If you're not a service member, they offer vouchers in the restaurant. Overall, it was a really good dining experience nearby.

I had to edit a 5-star review to make it 2 stars. I used to love their gluten-free pizzas, but tonight our order was a disaster. They did try to fix the situation, which was appreciated. However, after waiting for the newly made pizzas, the staff informed me that they had only made 2 out of the 3 pizzas I had ordered. They had already refunded me, so I had no choice but to leave without a third pizza. I would have preferred to pay full price and receive everything I ordered. Making mistakes once is understandable, but this experience was just disappointing.

Having no experience with Master Pizza, I didn't know what to expect. I was literally left speechless at how they not only met, but EXCEEDED my expectations! Excellent service along with a truly outstanding product combined to produce a genuinely blissful transaction. Of the MANY differences between Master Pizza and their competition as if they really had any.. the incredibly fresh toppings were best! Master gave us pizzas dense with fresh cut meats and vegetables judiciously placed on our pie for MAXIMUM TASTE IN EVERY BITE...unlike the competition who just throws all of your topping in the middle of the pie so your taste mixtures rarely combine to give the pie the taste of what you ordered. A pepperoni pizza is SUPPOSED to taste like a pepperoni pizza, NOT a cheese or tomato sauce pizza, right? NO ONE is as finicky as I, and I am completely elated by Master Pizza! One suggestion though--I feel like they should change their name from MASTER PIZZA to MASTERPIECE-ZZA because this is what they serve to customers--TRUE works of art!
