The most disappointing part of our experience was when my granddaughter's chair broke under her, and the staff said nothing about it. Despite her being well-behaved and only 40 pounds, they charged us $15 for her lunch and did not even offer an apology. This upset my daughter to the point where she couldn't eat and even shed some tears. The food and teas were enjoyable, but the owner's rude behavior and the staff's lack of acknowledgment of the situation left a sour taste in our mouths. Overall, we were not impressed by the service and lack of care shown towards customers, particularly in such a distressing situation. We will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I called the restaurant the day before to make a reservation. They called me back to say they couldn't give me a reservation for noon, but they had times available for 11:45 or 12:15. I chose the 12:15 slot, but when I arrived 5 minutes early, the hostess informed me that they didn't have my reservation. After finally being seated, we only saw the waitress once to take our drink order and never offered refills. We were quickly brought our checks and left feeling very disappointed. After paying $28 per person, we decided we won't be returning to this restaurant.

This tea room is a classic choice with delicious food and a charming ambiance. Perfect for a lunch out with the girls.

We gathered here for my mother in law’s birthday. It was such a great time. Love all the teas and foods we ordered. I totally recommend the scones! Get them and You won’t regret it!

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here and it was absolutely spectacular. From planning the party with the wonderful manager, to the actual event itself- the food and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was delightful, the service was impeccable (thanks Liv and Joann! , and everything went smoothly. Most importantly my daughter and all of our guests had THE BEST time! Thank you to Miss Molly’s and all staff for making our day so special!
