Disappointing unprofessionalism. You arrive at the hotel where check-in should be at 2 p.m., and you wait for the room until 7 p.m., because the previous guests cannot be kicked out of the room even though they should have left a long time ago. The girls at the reception do not know how to apologize or explain the situation. There is also nothing better to say about the other staff. I do not recommend staying in Medjugorje. I have never experienced worse service.

Very nice pool and center, but there is no maintenance service at the pool. Some British or Irish people come, yell, fight, steal sunbeds, eat fried chicken in the pool and no one stops it. It spoils the atmosphere so much that it is for a clean high five, but year after year the same things are repeated. Too bad. Hotel highlights: Great view

I was at the swimming pools with my 8-year-old daughter. Very nice experience, natural shade, very good pools. Great service, from the girl at the entrance to the waiter in the restaurant! Service: 5

Great swimming pools, various sizes, lots of sunbeds, places in the shade under conifers and in the sun around the pools, a pool bar and a restaurant right next door with a passage from the pool, clean toilets and a very nice changing room with showers. Very nice lady selling tickets. Admission 5 EUR for the whole day, open from 10.00 to 18.00.
