Blighway Kebab - Medway

I ordered two doner kebabs with a hint of chili, but when they arrived, they had mayonnaise instead of chili. I called to complain, and they brought me another one, but the onions were soggy, the tomatoes lacked flavor, and there was even a black hair on the meat. This experience has completely turned me off from kebabs forever. When I called to voice my complaint, the staff was extremely rude. I suggest staying away from this restaurant.

How hard is it to get an order right. Ordered 4 kebabs, didn’t give a single salad in any of the orders. So we rang said you didn’t give us salads and you forgot some of the sauces. Guy said oh come back up to the shop we will sort your salads. We said nah you can come down here and drop them since it was your error. “Oh no we are too busy we don’t have anyone free” alright. So we went BACK up because of their error. Guy says there’s three large salads in there. Aye sound, there’s two salads. We asked for no onion in one of the salads and no red cabbage in another. Low and behold. Onion and red cabbage in both of the salads. How can you get it SO wrong?

Food was disappointing. Pizza was rock hard and fries looked as if they had been fried again. See picture.

Ordered some food from here tonight. It took well over an hour to arrive When it eventually came it was cold, so had to put it in the oven to warm up. I will certainly not be ordering from this shop again.

Disgrace we have ordered from them for months and have always been abit up and down but still went back, tonight we ordered received it 30 mins late then didn’t get all our order, when rung up the man was like yer what ever what do u want me to do about it after we had paid cash and gave a good tip. Can’t fault the delivery driver he was great but customer service is a no no and will never use them again very rude
