Burger King - Medway

This afternoon, I ordered the chicken royal menu at the restaurant. However, when I took a bite of the burger, I noticed it had black particles in it and the inside was hard. Unfortunately, this caused me to start vomiting.

This restaurant experience was disappointing. I waited a long time to have my order taken, even though there was no one in front of me. The service was slow, and it took at least 5 minutes to receive my fast food. Two more customers came in and left because they waited too long for service. The chips were cold and I only received 4 out of the 6 nuggets I ordered. When I complained, there was no apology. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and joking around than taking care of the customers. I will not be returning to this location on Chatham high street and will instead go to McDonald's. Avoid this place at all costs.

They never got my order correct and I will never understand why. I asked for a cheeseburger and I got a pickle with hot sauce. what part of that is related to a burger, pickles are not even in the menu this is unacceptable. I tasted the sauce and I instantly got huge stomach pain because of what ever nightmare they put on that pickle. worst part is I couldn't return it because it was takeaway.

Burger King doesn't know how to treat customers, they refuse to even do an ac and misbehave.
