Flaming Grill - Medway

We have not previously used The Flaming Grill tke-away-service. The food order was telephoned through. Food arrived promptly after only 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and a 'tip ' was not expected, although one was given because he was so polite. Food was excellent, it arrived piping hot, of a good size, well presented with fresh salad for ony £13. Food was well cooked of good quality and delicious. The salad wasn 't limp, it as fresh and of a generous size We will definately use The Flaming Grill again, thank you guys.

This place literally NEVER gets our order right. The food is tasty and value for money. Mostly wait over 1hr for delivery on Saturday nights. We order the exact same thing every week and despite reminding them to check the order they still send it out incorrect. The most incompetent place I've ever ordered from. Will never order here again.

We order regularly from 'just eat '. Yes they sometimes forget to deliver things, but they never quibble and the return is prompt. We either order the family Kebab which is tasty and very filling, I don 't even normally eat kebabs. The rice is a bit stodgy but hummus very tasty. Or the tee bone steak. Excellent value for money (I know the cost for two from the cash and carry) I would recommend ordering it rare and it will arrive medium. The salad with both dishes is always fresh, tasty and faultless. only only criticism is the fish which I have only ordered once as it was the pre-packed shaped kind and not fillets so I was disappointed. Either way I can 't complain about the kebab or steak and neither can my family. I do wander if some of the reviews are in relation to one or two of the Flaming Grill pubs that have opened up, which if so is a bit unfair.

Catch up with mates lovely meal chips came out cold tho so replaced them while do review they brought out wrong pudding!

I recently had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. Despite making a reservation for 4 people for Sunday lunch two weeks in advance and specifically requesting a table in a quieter section, we were denied the table we had booked. The restaurant's booking diary clearly showed our request, but we were told we could not have the table because it had been supposedly reserved for a party of 5. Despite the table remaining vacant, the manager refused to honor our reservation and we were forced to sit in a noisy section. The staff were rude, arrogant, and deceitful, showing a lack of customer service skills. The table we originally requested remained empty for the entirety of our meal. Flaming Grill Pubs, you need to improve your service as soon as possible.
