Slow service, underwhelming food. Waitress dropped my main course into my lap lol

This restaurant is nothing special, but it's decent for what it offers.

My husband, two daughters, and I recently visited this restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to assist. My youngest daughter is a picky eater and changed her mind after we had placed our order, but the staff were very understanding and asked the chef to prepare a child-sized meal from the main menu for her. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, with all the staff working diligently to ensure that everything and everyone was taken care of. The prices were very reasonable, and we all enjoyed our meals. The biscoff cookie was a particular favorite of my eldest daughter.

Service very poor no mushrooms (despite Savacentre being 2 mins away) toast was still 'bread ' when it came 3 tiny half slices each had to wait ages for coffee and were then served with 2 cups that had been sitting on the bar for ages needless to say, they were cold so had to go back and no further drinks came. No apologies and food wasn 't particularly good either.... definitely won 't be going back!! Appalling...
