Feedback gevenMy first experience with bizzarro. the job was late. a cold box (no hot pizza case) with cold pizza was handed over to me. absolutely shameful!
Oh, my, what happened to this place? the slices are thinner, very little sauce and cheese. Actually, the frozen pizza from the super market is better. it was so dry and overcooked. so sad. it was like my favorite pizza place years ago.
Very very upset with the staff working tonight. My boyfriend and I walked in and awaited to be directed to seat ourselves or be seated. There was a lady working the tables who saw us walk in, turned away from us and walked away. So instinctively we walked up the front counter/bar area as there were two gentlemen working there. They both looked at us and then continued working, ignoring us as well. The lady working the tables walked back to the front of the restaurant again, seeing us stand there and again said nothing. I am very upset about this experience no one acknowledged us, a simple “we will be right with you” or “please sit yourself” would of been fine.. we ended up walking out of the restaurant because of poor service.
Great food for a reasonable price, the cook knows what they're doing, and the waitstaff is excellent!They especially deserve good tips for their service
Ordered via UberEATS menu said entree included garlic knots. But, order did not come with garlic knots. When I called Bizarros and spoke with Julia she said because we went through a third party supplier garlic knots were not automatically included. She said the UberEATS driver had to request the garlic knots separately. She said if we had ordered directly from them we would have automatically. How ridiculous!
