Continental Flambe - Melbourne

So glad to see Continental Flambe is back! Everything is just as good as I recall 20 years back

We were really excited to go to Continental Flambe, but when we pulled up to the door there was a sign there that said the restaurant was closed that day only for a private function. we had even called the restaurant before we left home and were connected to a recording that stated the hours of operation with no mention of the private function closing the restaurant. Very disappointed!

Our dinner was exceptional and the people who work there were excellent. We will certainly recommend this restaurant to all our friends. The food was prepared so well and was presented so artistically. The evening we were there they had a very nice duo playing music. Very nice and enjoyable!

Food was really good for the price ,steak and chop done nicely, the escargot was a little strange with puff pastry on top of a bowl of escargot ,but enjoyed it. The prix fixe menu is a great deal .

The food and service were out of this world! The prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food.
