The service at this restaurant was poor. It was not mentioned that two menu items were not available until we were ready to order. This information should have been communicated earlier, as it caused delays. My friend's burger was sent back multiple times before it was prepared correctly. We waited a long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, the fries were undercooked. The manager, Heidi, was not helpful when we requested assistance. It was unusual to not have a manager available on the weekend, especially considering the restaurant serves alcohol. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in terms of both money and time.

After a day of shooting with my grandchildren, we worked up an appetite. We absolutely loved the huge burgers and the onion rings were some of the best we've ever had. With reasonable prices and great service, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I had a doctor's appointment nearby and only had 45 minutes, so I asked before arriving if they could accommodate my tight schedule. The staff assured me they would take care of my order promptly and they went above and beyond to ensure I received my food and paid my bill quickly so that I could make it to my appointment on time. I had a great lunch experience at this restaurant after finishing up some shopping. The server was excellent, the burgers were tasty, and the Cajun fries were delicious. However, I was not a fan of the alligator dish or the garlic fries. The alligator meat lacked flavor, and the garlic fries were overloaded with fresh garlic and oil, making them soggy. Despite these minor issues, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated their policy of asking customers to leave their guns in the car before entering.

Best gator bites I think we have ever had. Burger, mahi mahi and lasagne were all excellent. Staff are top notch. Definitely put them on your places to eat list.
