Our server was Tanya (one of the best around) the cook Jamie is an amazing asset to the business. Thank you for the overall experience. Hillary Cowart (The Magic Man)
Drew's Brews is yet another hidden gem of Melbourne! Their location is perfect, steps away from downtown Melbourne with relaxing views of the water. Although it is a beer and wine only establishment, the absence of liquor was greatly offset by the charming atmosphere, terrific food, and wonderful staff. The bartender was very helpful, happy, and humorous, making it a more enjoyable experience. What I like most about Drew's Brews is that they provide water bowls for pets on the deck! In my opinion, anyone who takes care of our furry friends like that are thoughtful and kind human beings! They will definitely have my business for years to come!
The fried pickles were great! The patty melt had no seasoning. It comes with grilles onions, and I didn't get any on my patty melt. The server, Tanya, was amazing. I would give it another try because of her, but I was not impressed with the food other than the fried pickles. The Philly cheesesteak also had no seasoning.
Great place i sm telling everyone to go there , loved it !!
Drew 's Brews and Grille 2101 Henley Ct., Melbourne, FL 32901 4 Stars As I sat down at the bar, a patron had a medical episode that sucked the attention of the entire staff. It looked a tad suspect to me and that was confirmed by the ambulance never leaving the parking lot after being loaded up. 20 minutes later the ambulance was still parked out front. I only mention this as I wholeheartedly believe this would have been a 5-star review otherwise. Tanya was the bartender and server and she did an outstanding job, regardless of the circumstances of my visit. I asked for one Black Blue Burger (medium rare) with a side of rings and one traditional wing basket Buffalo style. Here is where the aforementioned medical incident directly affected the rating. After one bite, I knew that this would have been a Five-star burger if the staff 's attention wasn 't diverted from their task at hand. I don 't begrudge them this, they did what they had to do which is to look after the care and well-being of their customers; however, it did cause the burger to be over-cooked. Even so, this gigantic hand-made-to-order burger was popping with flavor, and the toppings were the best I 've encountered on a burger. Many chefs overuse bland spices on ground beef, having a hebetative effect on the dish as a whole. This was not the case here. The meat was fresh, the bacon was delicious and the Blue Cheese exceptional. If it wasn 't slightly overcooked, it would be well worthy of Top Burger . The side of Onion Rings were perfectly cooked, which isn 't easy due to their varying thickness and size. As hard as it was to put this scrumptious burger down, I reminded myself I had a job to do and turned my attention to the basket of Buffalo wings. These were cooked optimally, seasoned superlatively and exquisite on the palate. The Big Boy says, “Go. Just make sure you emphasize the importance of proper food temp. This is GREAT food.”
