Einstein Bros. Bagels - Melbourne

Had the Nova Lox. The bagel was perfectly roasted, with plenty of tomatoes, cream cheese and salmon. The capers and onions were right, not too much to exaggerate the meal. Coffe, as usual, fresh, HOT and tasteful.

Thank you, Einstein Bros. Bagels (Harbor City Blvd), for being a fantastic neighbor to Green Gables and for your thoughtful support of our event. The bagels were the best I've had in a long time, and the coffee was excellent!

The restaurant opens very early, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I enjoyed a garlic bagel topped with two eggs, spinach, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese – it was delicious! The coffee is excellent as well. The layout is inviting, and I truly enjoyed my visit there!
