Starbucks - Melbourne

We went through the drive thru. My wife ordered her favorite coffee-which she's had no problem getting made perfectly at any other Starbucks-but this one blew it. Her drink sucked so bad she threw half of it away. And considering Starbucks already outrageous prices, that really did suck. Unfortunately, we were already on I-95 when her coffee was actually cool enough for her to try and drink. Just a very bad experience at this Starbucks. We will avoid it in the future.

The barista at the drive thru window was extremely friendly and professional. I tried something new(for me), the salted caramel cold brew with extra sauce and syrup. Plus I redeemed some points and got a piece of cinnamon coffee cake. Both were very yummy!

I order a Venti cup but they give me only a small one! I try to ask them nicely to make them again but the girl (with acne stickers) shows bad attitude with us and make a new one with extra ice and cream. The drink was horrible when I taste it!

I love this Starbucks! They are genuine and really focus on customer service!
