Taco Bell - Melbourne

I'm not sure if it's just me or if the ingredients in their recipes have changed, but the Taco Bell burrito I had here was not as delicious as I remember. The seating arrangements are nice, but unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the taste of any of their wraps.

This Taco Bell location used to always get my orders right, but recently they’ve been forgetting a lot of items. Sometimes when I customize my burritos through the app, they end up missing something. While I’m not completely upset, I really appreciate accuracy, especially since I keep coming back for food.

Taco Bell is one of the healthier fast food options for my family. There's no fried food on the menu, and we can enjoy beans and bowls, which are very nutritious. The staff provided clear explanations about the menu items, and the service was quick. Overall, we consistently have a positive experience there. However, I did notice that the portion sizes are smaller than what we usually expect.

I am a manager at McDonald?s and they way that I was talked to in the drive through was just unacceptable I came to the drive-through with my cousin and I asked a question before beginning the order I got my answer to the question and then we placeour order and I?m still looking at the menu and I ask for them to add on a grilled steak burrito and the person taking my orderrudely goes I asked you if that was everything I?m gonna have to add that out the window. Even though it may be Annoying for theworker you still do not talk to people that way when you are in customer service. It makes people think that they?re a botherand they shouldn?t come back and last time I checked that?s not how jobs work

Excellent service and food! Super fast service. I had given my food to me right away when I got up and gave the guy my card. The food was perfectly packed and everything was fresh! I don't know their names, but there were two guys who worked at 10:30-11!!! Great service! You were nice and patient with me when I ordered.
