If you love chocolate and are interested in learning about the chocolate making process, you will definitely appreciate a visit to Ratio. The staff is willing to provide a brief overview for free, or you can opt for a more detailed tour for a fee. The chocolate bars are of excellent quality and beautifully packaged, but they are quite expensive at $12 for a 75g bar.

If you're in Sydney Street, this is the place to visit! It may be a little pricey, but their delicious chocolate ices are sure to make you happy.
