Zambrero - Melbourne

The young woman who served me today (Sat 15th April) was very rude. If you’re having a bad day don’t come to work and take your frustration out on customers!

I frequently visit this Zombrero branch and have been consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, with Elliette standing out as a shining example. Even during the busiest times, Elliette greets me with a warm smile and always goes the extra mile to ensure my order is just right. I am writing this review to express my appreciation for Elliette's outstanding customer service. Moreover, the atmosphere of the restaurant is always lively and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious. I would like to commend the entire team for their hard work and dedication to providing an excellent experience for a fast food chain. Keep up the good work!

Not been here but the other night I was talking with a gentleman who said the burritos here were massive. Now, if there are literal legends about the size of your burritos you must be doing something right! I’ll probably never visit myself because burritos aren’t really my thing (too much rice imo) and so I would want a small burrito if I had to have a burrito, like the smaller the better for me, but if you like burritos then you probably want a big burrito!!! If so, this is the place for you!

Wow. This is the absolute worst Mexican food I 've encountered. I ordered it as this was the only place on Uber eats that didn 't include 'Chipotle mayo ', which had inspired my misplaced hope for at least an attempt at a decent knockoff. Food was absolutely tasteless. Chicken looked like cat food.

Food is always great. The portion sizes (meat, sour cream/ guac/ cheese) on the nachos varies greatly, depending who's making them. The food is far from inexpensive, it's disappointing when the toppings are scarce. Service is generally good.
