.too slow the service that was eating as always good, but I wait about 14 minutes to make my orders and about 16 to my food.

Short pitstops at this location are always welcomed. Clean and plenty of room althought the Mcdonald's staff is always lacking experience and not everything on the menu is always available. Other than that the kids are happy and the food always fresh.

The drive through is permanently closed. Theyvalways put a random item in the wag so you HAVE to get inside and wait in line

Dont even bother going there the drive through is always closed so you have to wait 20-30 mins inside in line. Not enough staff

Now under the circumstances I'm being generous in giving one Star. I recently when to Mc Donalds twice and was refused service twice because they had to close after I had been waiting for 15 and 30 minutes in line, and it was before 7:30, you could hear that the manager in the background was in a hurry to close. I was brought up in the customer service field, and I was taught that your employees and your customers are your business and they need to be treated and served properly.When your customers are in the building waiting, you serve them. Also you need to provide your management and employees with the salary, training, and drive to perform, smile enjoy their job to provide the necessary service, otherwise you might just as well shut the business down, because it's not working. And the current Covid situation is no excuse for a fast food giant to fail.
