Holy moly, but Bad Frankie is so Good. If you want to try a whole bunch of Australian craft spirits, this little bar off Smith St is the place to be.

Bad Frankies has become our Friday night local. It's cosy, comfortable and had a great atmosphere - it's like coming home. But better - because someone will make you the perfect G&T and the perfect jaffle. I know it doesn't sound like much but they go together like butter and Vegemite or sausages and sauce. Go ... or don't go and then there's more couch space for us.

Went here on recommendation, interesting place with only Australian spirits. Seb was a great host and sat down with us to get our choices and talk us through some of the gins and whiskies which we'd not seen before. Didn't sample the jaffles had just eaten but we were sorely tempted given what we saw on other tables. Unfortunately, we had time for only one as had so much to pack into a short stay.

Was recommended this place by the staff at the Rum Diary Bar. Frankies stocks Australian beverages. Knowledgable, friendly and attentive hosts. Cracking jaffles. Worth a visit!
