Unfortunately, that was the opposite end of the skala. rib had very little meat and what was there was was extremely dry and strict. In bbq fenced in to hide the dryness, it was not a pleasant eating experience in considering that I paid $21 for a quarter rack that is about 7 ripening. I'll stay with the burgers if I ever have to get back.
If you want ribs find somewhere else. Ordered the 1/4 rack of ribs and take away the marinade there was luck to be a tablespoon of meat on them. Total rip off.
This place is BYOB and only charge 1$ per person as a result. The food is actually so good. We got the pulled pork brisket and haven’t looked back since. A must!
We ordered the $75 sharing plate, which we found to be a bit expensive for what we received, but still enjoyable. I hope to return one day to try the burgers, as they looked very enticing.
This restaurant is the closest you'll get to American food in Melbourne. It may be expensive, but it's definitely worth it. Grab a share platter and bring some friends with you - no one will leave hungry. The staff is friendly and it's a great place to grab a meal after a night out drinking.
