Its been a few years since dining and back then, Blue Tongue had lost its way a bit, but on a mid-week visit, can report that they are well and truly back ! Good to excellent food, excellent wine list, excellent service, and the place...is your cozy corner bar restaurant that every suburb wishes it had. Try the whiting with clams entree.

I was hesitant dining here tonight after reading some of the reviews. Good evening spent with friends. Good food/Wine. Everyone were pleasantly satisfied with their meals. Dessert was okay. Service was good and certainly professional. Only negative with the place is when it is full...the noise level is quite loud that at times you find it hard to hear one another. The noise level improved as there were less people.

The food was cooked to perfection and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. I have been here on multiple occasions and I leave impressed every time. Definitely recommend!
