I'm already here a few times, it's a small room that serves really good cheap Japanese meals, everything is under $10, including a meerrot tuna salad! it's a bit skeptical to time as it's just a tiny place, but the turnover is pretty... quick so they only have a short waiting time when they do a place.
I had a chicken cure and a beer for $11. this is the best meal I had in melbourne this year. obviously this place is popular as there was a line out of the door after I had ordered that my meal was finished in about three minutes. Usually this would affect me, but at this opportunity where they could see the kitchen, I was amazed at how fast these young were. they only take cash here, but with a meal under $7 it was no problem. I am now two more paints back to this place, since I first dined and it was just as good to eat the bento box and the bark curry.
We decided to try this place, as it was packed in the afternoon, fast order of attentive employees. simple menu, but with good selection of bento or don meal times. if they like a lot of chicken or bark, that's very generous for them! for price. ideal for price and location. high customer turnover. they feel a little cramped, so not much private sphere. it is what it is, will go again: happy!
Spoilt by the choices of food available around Melbourne CBD, we decided to opt for some Japanese food. So yep! We chance upon this place. The restaurant was pretty small but we were surprised by the number of people who visited! The staff were pretty...friendly too! Spoilt by the choices of food available, they were really patient with me Eventually I opted for the curry beef Don. Overall, I'm truly satisfied with the service. Even better, I do not need to wait for a long time before I could feed myself proper. We tried the teriyaki chicken don too! I must say this is one of the best dinners I had in Melbourne! Ps. Serving is pretty huge. So it's WORTH IT.
