This is a great spot to grab a casual drink and enjoy a game of pool on one of their four tables (two British and two American).
I just returned from a stag weekend in Liverpool. We visited Rack and Dollar at 1 pm on Saturday for drinks, food, and to watch the two cup finals that day.
