The food was cooked to order and delicious, with some standout dishes. The spring rolls, both prawn and mixed, were really tasty. The massaman beef was a highlight, with well-cooked, tender chunks of meat in a delicious sauce. I also enjoyed the thick rice noodles with chicken, which was one of the best I've had in a while. Everything was cooked exceptionally well and the chicken was juicy. The BBQ chicken was moist and tasty, although the sweet chili sauce was too sweet for my liking. The roti bread was okay, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The watermelon at the end of the meal was a nice touch. Overall, it was a satisfying meal and I would definitely return.
I have visited iSpicy around 4 times now and have found the food to be really good. Some dishes are on the smaller side but the flavors are delicious. I highly recommend trying the fried fish and pork shank set, which also comes with a jug of delicious milk tea. The fried fish in tamarind sauce is always a solid choice as well. The massaman curry portion is quite generous compared to other curries. The salads are a bit small and I would suggest skipping the crab salad next time since it doesn't come with soft shell crab. The roti was also not up to par, so I would stick to the coconut rice. Overall, it's a great place and I will definitely be returning.
The shrimp paste fried rice was very tasty!! Especially if you combine it with the belacan sauce ;
Delicious Tom yum broth! Possibly the best I’ve had! However the seafood in it was over cooked rubbery calamari. Easy to fix though. The Chinese broccoli with crispy pork was delicious! Red curry lacked seasoning so seemed a little tasteless, but the main flavours were there. It was also very spicy so make sure you like hot spicy food if you’re going to order it!
