Shimbashi Japanese Soba Sake Bar Restaurant

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's completely gluten-free, making it perfect for people with celiac disease. Plus, the food is simply delicious.

This restaurant is like heaven on earth. The agedashi tofu, sashimi, and sushi are all fantastic, but the highlight is definitely the soba. Everything here is flawless. I just wish there was a location closer to me. Please consider opening a branch in the Inner West!

The food here is fantastic and there's a great variety to choose from. While they do serve drinks that aren't gluten-free, all the food is gluten-free. As someone with celiac disease who is very sensitive, I chose not to use the glasses for added caution, and I'm happy to report that I had no issues at all.

I absolutely love the food here! It's refreshing to discover excellent Japanese cuisine that is entirely gluten-free. The staff is fantastic as well!

The food was excellent. The veggie tempura was perfect, and the spicy beef soba was delightful. The atmosphere is a bit unusual, featuring QR code ordering and menus.
