Spin Cafe - Melbourne

The service and coffee at this restaurant were fantastic.

Spin Coffee is a top choice for me when it comes to grabbing lunch during work. The service is quick and the food is always tasty. My go-to dishes are the chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes and any of their curry stew options. It's perfect for chilly weather. The chef is also super friendly and I always enjoy chatting with him.

If a coffee shop can perfectly make a triple-shot macchiato on the first try, then it earns The Dear Luncher's approval. This drink provides the extra kick needed on slow days, and it was robust and delicious without any bitterness. Along with the coffee, a breakfast wrap was enjoyed. While not the best wrap ever, it came in a convenient triangle shape that prevented any mess on The Dear Luncher's pricey Italian suit. Plus, at $8 for both the wrap and coffee, it's hard to complain.

Today I needed a quick grab and go lunch and what better than a pork and jalapeño coleslaw ciabatta. The friendly staff even suggested toasting which was a good call.<br/ <br/ Place seemed reasonably busy with more choosing to soak up the rays outside than to stop in. Plenty of hot food options and some impressive looking muffins (the lychee coconut muffin looked super delicious).<br/ <br/ Service was fast, efficient and friendly which is all you can ask for really.<br/ <br/

Delicious food and not too expensive. Slightly more interesting than the average café. Great place for lunch, and a good spot to people watch.
