Ta-Ta House is a casual Chinese restaurant with an extensive menu. We went there for a light dinner and ordered roast duck and fried tofu and accompanied the dishes with rice. The roast duck was a good serving size and the skin was crispy. The tofu soft and silky on the inside of the fried outer layer. We enjoyed both dishes.<br/ <br/ The restaurant was busy and I noticed that most of the other tables had servings of dumplings of different varieties so I assume that must be their speciality. As I had eaten dumplings recently I didn't order them on this occasion however I think it maybe worth going back another time to try them. They looked good.
I ordered the combination fried noodles and found that half of the noodles were crispy, with tender meat and vegetables piled on top and covered in delicious gravy sauce. Personally, I prefer my noodles softer so they can absorb more of the gravy flavor. Overall, the dish was as expected and tasted good.
Great restaurant and owner Sisi will make you feel like a King. Their dishes are fresh and tasteful but not too saltish. Crab dishes in XO sauce are to die for with noodles juicy and delicious. Pricing is great and they are able to customise to your taste and needs. Definitely worth trying out, and you will not regret and likely become one of their regulars.
The booths remind me of Hongkong eateries. It’s warm atmosphere. This place offers an electronic menu which is easy to use and order. The dumplings and crispy duck are really good
