Good pizza and food. The desert pizza could of used a few more pieces of fruit. Very well done though, I appreciated the lady at the counter asking us if we had any food allergies or dietary requirements when ordering, which we don't but is a good thing to ask.

If i could give no stars i would.... Ordered a medium rare steak with mushroom sauce. Received a medium steak with pepper sauce. While mistakes do happen and am usually completely fine with waiting for it to be corrected, on this occasion the waitress then came back to the table to confirm that the steak was to be medium rare and i was sure on how a medium rare steak was to be cooked i'm sure this was on the chefs request as he felt his ego was bruised by me not liking his medium steak . Finally got my steak back, RARE.... with so much garlic on my veg it wasn't edible see photo attached. the best part about The Pizza Grill Co is the fact is shares a car park with hungry jacks which i ended up grabbing a burger from after we walked out. Definitely wouldn't recommend this venue.

Been here twice now, once to eat in and another to take out. Friends have spoken very highly of this place, but both times I’ve been underwhelmed. Firstly this place is not the cheapest, and I was very disappointed with serving size of the poutine fries considering they’re 9 dollars. As with the Nachos, we added chicken for an extra 7$ and it was in the side in a seperate dish not mixed in as thought. The pizzas are very average also with hardly any flavour. Very highly crust based, so none of the sauce or flavour soaks into the bread. When we ate in wait times were insanely high on a Saturday night, as expected, with 40-50 minute wait times on food- but when we received our food it was stone cold very disappointing.

Foos was decent. Most of the dishes are a bit expensive. The reason for removing 2 stars is the fact that service was poor to average. I think that is the main disappointment. Burgers took more thab 30 minutes to arrive. People who came much latet thab us werw served.

The decor was modern, family friendly and the location central. The food was above expectations, modern casual dining American style and cooked well. The drinks were also delicious. However, both in terms of speed and particularly professionality the staff very much let what could have been a very good night down. It wasn't a busy evening and having on multiple occasions tried to get servers attention I was left with the impression that I was bothering them. Given the price and the overall general quietness of the evening this really disappointed. Other than the staff, I would recommend as everyone at the table was extremely pleased with the food and for the relaxed family feel of this restaurant.
