Unfortunately, those are a 'bait and switch ' as the restaurant moved to a new location inside the Shriner building. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we walked in, though the dining room had dirty tables so we knew others had been in. The dining area is loud as they have stand alone air conditioning units next to tables. It was not a good ambiance, with mismatched chairs and tables set next to nice ones from the old restaurant location. The kitchen was out of just about everything Pita, pasta sauce, seafood dip, various wines and alcohol. The service was extremely slow though I felt bad for the server because how do you tell customers that you 're out of everything? Only one person was working, and it sounded like she was also working the banquet upstairs so she really didn 't check on us. I ordered the chicken pasta dish (chicken lemonatti), and it was awful though it 's supposed to be a 'house favorite '. My fiance ordered the Gyro tortellini, but they were out of the sauce so he got marinara instead. Apparently they were also out of the gyro meat as it didn 't have any meat in it at all, but the server never came back for us to ask about this. It was a relief to leave. I 'm not sure if the restaurant is under new management or fell under hard times because of COVID but they do not live up to their reputation and I would NOT recommend anyone eat here.
Had an adult birthday gathering and we couldn't have been more pleased. The food was wonderful. The decor is lovely and there is plenty of room so you're not crowded up. We had such a great waitress! Her name is Dannie Sanders and she has a sweet demeanor and was very attentive to our needs. We will come back and ask for Dannie to wait on us again.
Don't be confused by the picture on Google of this place, it doesn't look like that (anymore? But that is the correct address. The food is very good, the staff was very nice. Probably one of the best gyros we've ever had, and I could just eat their tatziki with a spoon by itself.
I think if most of your menu is not Greek, you maybe shouldn't call it a Greek restaurant. I had the gyro with fries and it was ok. The fries were pretty good. Quick service and pretty cheap. I probably wouldn't go back.
Honestly, I don't complain much about the food ever.Because, I enjoy food very much. But all honesty the Hummus was better then the food cooked at their river side location..The dish across from me in this picture was so much oil it could've soaked a entire slice of bread and still had enough for half a bowl of oil.My burger tasted like it was frozen instead of freshly patted..honestly the servers personality towards her customers was better then the food.Next time I wanna eat here I'll just go to Wendy's for a burger least I know they don't freeze them.
