It's difficult to make a bad choice from Braum's menu, but the staff at this location are especially friendly and accommodating! They consistently treat my family with kindness, and we always relish coming here as a special treat!

I like to treat myself to a Braum's chocolate malt every now and then, and it's always delicious! The drive-thru attendant was polite and articulate, qualities that we definitely appreciate. Great job!

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had with burgers. I went to Braum's for the first time, and my burger had a soggy bun. The patty was overly salty; it tasted like I had just eaten a mouthful of salt. I had to spit it out because it was inedible. When I called to request a refund, which should be a straightforward process over the phone, I found that they were unable to assist me. It wasn’t even worth the trouble of driving back. Overall, it was a terrible experience with awful service.

I appreciate that you're still using gloves, but when you use the same pair to touch your computers, your face, and handle cash, and then go back to handling food, it becomes concerning.

The experience at the Melissa location was disappointing. My milkshake wasn't blended properly, and I had to wait 20 minutes for my fries. There were more employees than customers, yet I still found myself waiting.
