Feedback gevenThe Starbucks in Melrose has never messed up my order in the six years I’ve been visiting. Highly recommend ordering through the Starbucks mobile app as it’s the quickest way to get your order. My wife loves ordering tea from there while I’m pretty basic and order just a black hot coffee. You can never go wrong with their breakfast sandwiches.
I don't review things but this was just awful. Maybe I'm spoiled from mostly going to Starbucks in downtown Boston, but this was absolutely the slowest service ever. On top of that, I watched as my matcha latte shot out of the top of the blender. About half was left so they poured that into my cup and filled the rest with milk. I would've been fine waiting for it to be remade or even just taken what was left in the blender, but I wasn't even acknowledged. It tasted pretty much like nothing and the lid also didn't fit. I just threw it away because I was already later than I wanted to be after waiting. I could tell the staff were trying and the barista on cold bar kept panicking and it wasn't busy. Please either put more staff on to help them as they learn or help them learn to manage the line better. It's not fair to them because I'm sure they're yelled at all day. I can tell from the other reviews this is pretty common.
A big, big Thank you to Gabby and Ashley as they took care of me mostly, but to Cali as well towards the end of my experience.Hands down these ladies would be the reason I’d return to this Starbucks. Not only did they make my 6-7 hour stay memorable through their unwavering kindness, They handled Mayhem with class when 40 kids entered the building. I’m from Florida visiting family due to unfortunate circumstances, and these ladies made the brief stay so much less hectic. ??

Staff are great, service was fairly quick and standard for a Starbucks. Trying to find parking is difficult sometimes though.
