Emilia's Bakehouse - Melville

Have a custom cake for birthday, but really disappointed about how dry the cake was. It felt like it was stabbed and long in the freezer.

Relatively new in the area, so I tried various coffee and bakery places everywhere. BY FAR Emilia is the best. The baked goods are always fresh and only the best ingredients. Try a cheese danish will change your life. The coffee is made with a professional cappuccino/expresso machine and they have all the possibilities you can desire for flavors and milk varieties. I usually don't write reviews, but this store and its wonderful friendly staff deserve all 5 stars and then some. Thanks for always helping me start my day right!

We have a variety of cookies for a party. Was a little surprised with the costs (very high). But that would be good. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by the quality of cookies: my main critic is with all the fillings, they were much too sweet and those who were fruity not so much of a fruit taste; like the chocolate. I would say if you make your own filling or jam, please use less sugar and more fruits, we want a blow in our face if we get apricots, or raspberry or strawberry with fruit and not so much with sugar. Try more stuff later and revisit my review.

Emelia always drove on the way to Mall, but decided to dive today and glad I did. Great people and good food. Chocolate chip cookies to die and lemonade best ever. New favorite bakery.

I LOVE EMILIA?S!! They have the most amazing cookies (especially rainbows), cheesecake, croissants, muffins, and more! Fantastic service as well! Definitely recommend!!
