Literally disgusting! Always get my order wrong literally everytime I go! And the wings are BIG nasty!! Definitely recommend Winchester location!Food: 1/5

I'd give it 6 stars if I could. American Deli is some of the very best food in Memphis you can get through the drive thru. It's always hot, full of flavor and freshly made. The wings are great.Food: 5/5

Horrible customer service! For one if it says you close at 10 close at 10 or update your hours! I literally pulled up to the window cuz it’s not like yal didn’t see people pull up! At least have enough common courtesy to let your customers know you’re closed!!! Is that so bad?! And to the phat wig wearing young lady you’ll only be working at American Deli sadly! You could’ve been better than that! Anywho! Don’t buy!

My first time trying them. I was pleased. I ordered the Vegetable rice combo with the dry Lemon Pepper flavor and an Ice Tea. My Husbsnd got a Philly chesse sandwich onlyEverything was good. The rice was really good.

Just got back and we finished eating our take out. We got Honey Garlic Wings, House Fried Rice, 8 pc. Fried Shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. The best take out ever. The wait time was acceptable and the lady at the window gave excellent customer service with a smile. 5 star for this fast food restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon. ?
