Back Yard Burgers - Memphis

The shake machine was not working. There were more packages of ketchup than fries, which were not even requested. The burger was cold and had a tomato on it despite asking for one without. It seemed like it had been made hours earlier. Overall, the experience was disgusting.

I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but they overcooked what could have been an excellent burger. The same was true for my companion's black bean burger. If they ease up on the well-done cooking, it would be perfect.

The milkshakes were watery and the whipped topping was spoiled. Instead of fried pickles, I received a chili cheese dog with very dry chili that seemed old. However, the employees were friendly and polite.

My black jack chicken club was dry...... the onion rings were dropped fresh so they were on point! I give credit where credit is due. BUT, my sandwich hurt my feelings! I had my mouth, teeth and pallet dead ready for a moist sandwich. I ate it ???? I was hungry and running out of time to eat. So, thank you. I'll try it again later

I ordered the burger with honey bbq sauce and it was so dry, the meat was hard...I thought I was chewing powder. The apple cobbler was under cooked and the fries were cold. I did however enjoy my soda. I've never received an order quite this bad from BYB. I didn't even have enough energy to return the food after getting home. Very disappointed ??
