I came at 9:40 to scream as soon as I got into the door. the girl then shouted “no more milkshakes and no more sun cubes, all have? cool. I said I wanted to see the pralines and, despite the fact that I said that she looked at me dead in my eyes and said it was already put on the table, although it is on the table before her. then she turned around and went away and still laid her up. when I protested, the lead girl said: “If it is set up, it is not my problem.” it is 9:45, why should they put up a taste before they ask? especially while I am in the middle of the order. baskin robbins they need to do better with their management choice, especially for a paying customer who came in 20 minutes before the closure for two creatures in an ice cone. Your job is so hard.
They aren't even open like noone is in the building at all
Very rude employees. We wanted to just put straws in our cups, started talking about work, and were interrupted and told we had to leave. And we said sorry, we were just talking, and were told to leave.
I have been here twice and both times the service has been horrible. No one offering to help answer my questions once I get “help” it’s in the form of short one word replies with no excuse for being short as I am the only customer in the place. This time I went in and the manager himself was rude to while training employees. No wonder the employees have such low standards of service. Lastly I been there with in the span of 4 months and both times it felt as though their air conditioning wasn’t working.
I always come here but this time I was disappointed. They were out of most of the ice cream and the waffle bowls I bought were old and the scoops I had were very small. Seemed like they were trying to shut down 2 hours early.
