Baskin-robbins - Memphis

Customer service Bad, no gloves on when putting on topping, had to repeat several times for my orders. Uniforms are needed!

The girls in the first looked at us crazy when we didn't know how to order and then ignored us when we asked how to order our ice cream. And when we left, I heard them talking about us. All black girls, smh. Do better.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We have no electricity as our power is in process of being restored after the ice storm so me, my 10 yr old daughter, and my two eldest nieces went in to get Milkshakes. We have never been inside this location before. We walked in and went to look at the menu. It was a group of 3 Caucasian girl being served on the Dunkin' Donuts side. Once they were done, the young ladies pretty much ignored us. I was saying excuse me to one of the African American ladies with what looked like brown/blonde twists she ignored me and did not acknowledge me standing right there in here face. So I walked back over to Baskin Robbins side and said excuse me to the other young lady and it took her a minute to acknowledge me. I asked her where do we order and she said we had to order on the Dunkin Donuts side. At this, I was upset because no one had acknowledged us at all as if we were not to be serviced so we decided to leave as we did not feel welcome. As we were walking out, I over heard them discussing me and did not appreciate that at all! I will not return to this location and will advise anyone that wants excellent to visit any location other than this one! As someone that works in customer service at Bank of America I have never treated any of my customers the way I was treated tonight! Sincerely an angry customer!

8pm On Saturday night and the blenders are down when we tried to order a milkshake. Seems like more than likely they don 't want to wash them out again before closing. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. Won 't be back.

They didn’t even have chocolate chip cookie dough?? And doors locked. You HAD to go through drive thru. Lazy employees.
