If I could pick a hipster restaurant to represent them all, Beauty Shop could be it.

I always judge breakfast - brunch places by how well they can do Eggs Benedict, and my "gold standards" have always been Sardi's in New York and The Crown

Today we had a wonderful brunch at The Beauty ShopMy bf and I got there around 1pm and were seated pretty quickly at a table outside.

Everyone was super friendly! Food is tasty and unique
